MOT bookings

When you book your MOT early, you give yourself a lot of latitude. You will have more choice in terms of the dates and times available to you.  If you book to close to the date you need your test done, you may find that there are no slots available to you.

And if you’re worried that booking early may reduce the expiry date available to you in the next year, rest assured that you will still have a full year. It is perfectly okay for vehicles to be tested up to 28 days before the expiry of the current test certificate and the expiry date for the following year will not be affected.
